UDMPU Page on the Fall 04-05 Budget Crisis

This page contains the links that  pertain to the negotiations with the Administration on dealing with University’s budget crisis.

On Thursday December 9, the Professional Negotiating Committee met again with the administration, and came to a tentative agreement on a Letter of Agreement to deal with the budget crisis.    The PNC approved the letter by an 8-0 vote.   It was also approved by the UDM Board of Directors,  by a vote of 10-0.   It was voted on by the membership during Finals week, from December 13 through 16.

Under our bylaws, a majority of the entire membership is required for passage.  The current membership roster shows 209 members eligible to vote.  The results are:
